Working professionally since 1984, Hülya Düztaş with approximately up to 28 years of experience and background on various companies from Kavala Group to Biton Bilgisayar.
In 1990’s migrating into IT sector which was one of most dynamic and competitive sectors in Turkey, Hülya Düztaş had been marketing director of many leading companies such as Karma International, Interpro Medya and Fujitsu Siemens Computers in IT sector. She worked for 8 years at Karma Turkey beginning with the establishment of marketing department and also during the establishment and placement of Arena and Armada and managed marketing operations. Portraying an active role in presenting and branding processes of various new brands in IT sector, Düztaş has also conducted to launch several global brands to the Turkish market.
Taking part in every phase of the process from the establishment of marketing department, to planning and putting into practice of all activities in the establishments where she had worked in IT sector, Hülya Düztaş was responsible for the management of advertisement and marketing accounts covering high budget, press and other media channels.
After taking a decision in her business life, Hülya Düztaş established Nomplus in 2002. Düztaş accumulated her experience in the marketing field and as a decision maker defining service providing companies, on behalf of her company Her objective is to provide service as if a marketing department for the customer companies. Nomplus has been established with corporate values and service providing mission specific to itself as an alternative to distrustful business policies in service sector. With the understanding of quality service without differentiating between big customer-small customer, high budget-low budget, in every case, Nomplus, believes in the moral codes in trading and that continuance of them is a requirement and its own business principle is proving of these moral principles.
Graduated from Turkish Naval Academy in 1988. Completed a Basic Specialization training as Supplies Officer in 1989. He worked at the Naval Forces until 1996 as a Naval Air Base Supplies Unit Manager, as a Supplies Officer, as a Supply Unit Manager in Supplies Support Forces at the TCG Turgut Reis Frigate responsible from many deeds as purchasing, finance, stock control and supplies management. He started working at the private sector, leaving his job voluntarily in 1996. Between 2002 – 2005 worked as an Executive Board Member at NWG Facility Management Services. Between 2005 – 2008 worked as the Operations Director at a Food Services (Küçük Ev Yemekleri) Ltd. Company.
He became a shareholder in Nomplus after leaving his job from the Food Services Company in April 2008, he actively works in the management of Nomplus and responsible for financial affairs and operations.
